Terms of service

Effective Date: May 16, 2026·Last Updated: May 16, 2026

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of AminoCatalog, including our website, peptide encyclopedia, vendor directory, vendor profiles, product catalog listings, review features, account features, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). In these Terms, “AminoCatalog,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the AminoCatalog team operating from the State of Nevada, and “you” and “your” refer to any person or entity that accesses or uses the Service.

By accessing or using AminoCatalog, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not access or use the Service.

Please read carefully. Section 23 contains a binding arbitration agreement and a class action waiver that affect your legal rights. You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of first accepting these Terms by following the instructions in that section.

1. Research, Medical, and Legal Disclaimers

AminoCatalog is an informational platform and vendor directory. We are not a pharmacy, medical provider, telehealth provider, laboratory, manufacturer, distributor, broker, reseller, or marketplace for peptides, research chemicals, drugs, biologics, supplements, or any other regulated product.

The information on AminoCatalog is provided for general educational and informational purposes only. It is not medical advice, health advice, legal advice, veterinary advice, or a substitute for consultation with a qualified physician, pharmacist, attorney, veterinarian, or other licensed professional. No physician–patient, pharmacist–patient, therapist–client, attorney–client, or other professional relationship is formed by your use of the Service.

Peptides and related compounds discussed or listed on AminoCatalog may be subject to federal, state, local, and international laws and regulations. Some compounds may be investigational, unapproved, restricted, prescription-only, prohibited, or otherwise regulated in certain jurisdictions. You are solely responsible for understanding and complying with all laws and regulations that apply to your access to information, interactions with vendors, purchases from third parties, possession, handling, storage, testing, research, import, export, or use of any compound.

Unless expressly approved, labeled, and dispensed through lawful channels by authorized professionals, compounds listed by vendors on AminoCatalog should be treated as research chemicals not for human consumption. AminoCatalog does not encourage, recommend, instruct, or facilitate human or animal use of research chemicals. We do not provide dosing instructions for personal use, medical treatment plans, injection guidance, prescribing guidance, or individualized health recommendations.

No content on AminoCatalog should be interpreted as a claim that any peptide, compound, vendor product, protocol, or substance is safe, effective, legal, approved, pure, properly labeled, sterile, accurately dosed, suitable for human or animal use, or appropriate for any medical, therapeutic, cosmetic, performance, longevity, weight loss, or health-related purpose.

If you have a medical emergency, call emergency services immediately. Do not rely on AminoCatalog for urgent medical decisions.

2. What AminoCatalog Provides

AminoCatalog provides a two-sided informational platform that may include:

  1. Encyclopedia-style pages about peptides and related compounds.
  2. General summaries of research literature, mechanisms of action, reported effects, side effects, storage considerations, reconstitution concepts, and related compounds.
  3. A curated vendor directory.
  4. Vendor profile pages maintained by approved vendors.
  5. Product catalog listings submitted by vendors.
  6. User reviews and ratings of vendors and vendor-listed products.
  7. Account features, saved content, filters, and related personalization.
  8. Administrative, moderation, and vendor dashboard tools.

AminoCatalog does not sell peptides or research chemicals to users. AminoCatalog does not process user purchases of peptide products. Any purchase, transaction, communication, shipment, refund, dispute, testing arrangement, or other relationship between you and a vendor occurs solely between you and that vendor.

We may earn revenue from vendor subscriptions, sponsored placements, featured listings, verification programs, advertising, affiliate arrangements, or other commercial relationships. Where required, we will make reasonable efforts to identify sponsored, featured, paid, or commercially influenced placements.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use AminoCatalog. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements. When you first visit the Service, you may be asked to confirm that you are 18 or older through an age acknowledgment. That acknowledgment does not relieve you of your obligation to meet the eligibility requirements in this Section.

You may not use AminoCatalog if your use is prohibited by law, if you are located in a jurisdiction where access to the Service is unlawful, or if you have previously been suspended or banned from the Service. The Service is operated from the United States. If you access the Service from outside the United States, you are responsible for compliance with local laws, including any laws restricting access to information about regulated compounds, and you consent to the transfer of your information to the United States.

You may not use the Service in violation of U.S. export control laws or sanctions programs, or while located in a country subject to a U.S. government embargo or designated by the U.S. government as a “terrorist supporting” country.

4. Accounts

Some features require an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating or updating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

You agree to notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization. We are not responsible for losses arising from your failure to secure your account.

We may refuse, suspend, disable, or terminate accounts at our discretion, including if we believe an account is fake, misleading, abusive, unlawful, used for review manipulation, used to evade enforcement, or otherwise violates these Terms.

5. Informational Content and Research Summaries

AminoCatalog may publish summaries of scientific literature, anecdotal reports, vendor-provided information, user-submitted information, and other publicly available materials. We try to present information in a plain-language, citation-aware, balanced way, but we do not guarantee that any content is complete, current, accurate, error-free, or suitable for your circumstances.

Scientific and regulatory understanding of peptides and related compounds can change quickly. Content may become outdated, and different studies may reach different conclusions. A cited study does not mean that a compound is safe, effective, legal, approved, or appropriate for human or animal use.

You are responsible for independently verifying any information before relying on it. You should consult qualified professionals before making decisions involving health, law, research, compliance, purchasing, testing, storage, or handling of any compound.

6. Vendor Directory and Third-Party Vendors

The vendor directory is provided for informational and comparison purposes only. Vendors are independent third parties. AminoCatalog does not control vendors, vendor websites, vendor products, vendor laboratories, vendor testing practices, vendor shipping practices, vendor labels, vendor claims, vendor communications, vendor refunds, or vendor compliance with law.

A vendor listing, verification badge, featured placement, rating, review, score, ranking, or inclusion in the directory does not mean that AminoCatalog endorses, guarantees, certifies, approves, audits, or recommends that vendor or any product offered by that vendor.

We may review vendor applications, require vendors to provide information, request documentation, moderate listings, and remove vendors from the directory. Any such action is for platform quality and does not create a warranty, certification, fiduciary duty, professional duty, or guarantee to users.

You acknowledge that any interaction with a vendor is at your own risk. AminoCatalog is not responsible for vendor conduct, vendor products, product quality, product identity, product purity, product sterility, product labeling, product legality, product availability, pricing, shipping, customs issues, seized shipments, adverse events, refunds, chargebacks, fraud, misrepresentation, or disputes.

7. Vendor Supplemental Terms

If you apply for, create, claim, or manage a vendor profile, submit product listings, respond to reviews, purchase a vendor subscription, or otherwise use AminoCatalog as a vendor, this Section applies to you in addition to the rest of these Terms.

You represent and warrant that:

  1. You have authority to act on behalf of the vendor entity you represent.
  2. All information you submit is accurate, current, complete, and not misleading.
  3. You will comply with all laws, rules, regulations, licensing obligations, advertising standards, labeling requirements, import and export rules, consumer protection laws, and platform policies that apply to your business, products, claims, communications, and listings.
  4. You will not use AminoCatalog to sell, market, promote, or distribute illegal products.
  5. You will not market research chemicals for human or animal consumption unless you are legally authorized to do so and all required approvals, prescriptions, labeling, dispensing, substantiation, and professional requirements are satisfied.
  6. You will not make disease, treatment, cure, prevention, weight loss, performance, cosmetic, safety, efficacy, purity, sterility, approval, or quality claims unless they are lawful, truthful, not misleading, and supported by competent and reliable evidence.
  7. You will not falsely label, position, or describe products as “research only,” “not for human consumption,” or similar if your marketing, sales practices, instructions, customer communications, influencer relationships, or other conduct indicate intended human or animal use in violation of applicable law.
  8. You will not upload false lab reports, altered certificates of analysis, misleading third-party testing claims, or unsupported verification claims.
  9. You will not manipulate reviews, create fake user accounts, review your own business, incentivize undisclosed reviews, pressure users to change reviews, threaten reviewers, or retaliate against users for honest reviews.
  10. You will not scrape user information, spam users, or use AminoCatalog to conduct off-platform harassment or unlawful solicitation.

We may reject, suspend, downgrade, delist, or terminate vendor accounts, profiles, listings, badges, subscriptions, or placements at any time if we believe the vendor has violated these Terms, created legal or reputational risk, submitted misleading information, manipulated reviews, received credible complaints, or otherwise acted inconsistently with platform integrity.

Vendor subscriptions, featured placements, verification programs, and similar paid features do not guarantee traffic, clicks, conversions, sales, rankings, ratings, reviews, approval, continued listing, or favorable treatment in moderation.

Additional vendor rules are provided in our Vendor Agreement and may be supplemented by dashboard notices or written communications from AminoCatalog. If those vendor-specific terms conflict with these Terms, the more specific vendor terms control for vendor-specific matters.

8. Reviews, Ratings, and User-Generated Content

AminoCatalog may allow users to post reviews, ratings, comments, photos, reports, feedback, profile information, and other content. We refer to this as “User Content.”

You are solely responsible for your User Content. You represent and warrant that you have all rights needed to submit your User Content and that your User Content is truthful, based on your own genuine experience where applicable, and does not violate these Terms or any law.

You agree not to submit User Content that:

  1. Is false, misleading, fabricated, defamatory, abusive, harassing, threatening, hateful, obscene, or unlawful.
  2. Contains medical instructions, personal dosing protocols, injection instructions, or individualized health advice.
  3. Encourages unlawful use, human consumption, animal use, or misuse of research chemicals.
  4. Claims that a compound cured, treated, prevented, or diagnosed a disease unless the claim is lawful and appropriately substantiated.
  5. Discloses private information about another person without permission.
  6. Infringes intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights.
  7. Contains spam, affiliate links, undisclosed promotions, malware, tracking code, or deceptive content.
  8. Is posted in exchange for compensation, discounts, free products, refunds, threats, or other incentives without clear disclosure and platform approval.
  9. Is submitted by a vendor, vendor employee, vendor contractor, vendor affiliate, competitor, or related party without clear disclosure.
  10. Is designed to manipulate ratings, rankings, review summaries, or user perception.

We may moderate, edit, reject, remove, hide, label, demote, or preserve User Content at our discretion. We may also investigate suspicious review activity and take enforcement action against users or vendors.

By submitting User Content, you grant AminoCatalog a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, fully paid-up, sublicensable, transferable license to host, store, reproduce, display, publish, distribute, modify, adapt, excerpt, translate, analyze, use, and create derivative works from your User Content in connection with operating, improving, promoting, and protecting the Service. To the extent permitted by law, you also waive any moral rights or similar rights you may have in your User Content with respect to this license. This license continues even if you delete your account, to the extent necessary for legitimate business, legal, archival, moderation, fraud prevention, or platform integrity purposes.

We do not guarantee that reviews are accurate, verified, representative, current, or free from bias. Reviews reflect the views of individual users, not AminoCatalog.

9. Reporting Content and Vendor Issues

If you believe content on AminoCatalog violates these Terms, our Content Policy, or applicable law, please use the in-product report or flag controls where available, or email support@aminocatalog.com. If you experienced a problem with a vendor — including misrepresented products, shipping failures, refund disputes, or suspected fraud — you may also contact us so we can investigate the listing and take action under these Terms. We are not a party to any transaction between you and a vendor and cannot guarantee a particular outcome, but credible reports inform moderation decisions.

For copyright-specific complaints, please follow the procedure in Section 17 below.

10. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  1. Use AminoCatalog for any unlawful, fraudulent, harmful, deceptive, or abusive purpose.
  2. Violate any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation.
  3. Use the Service to buy, sell, arrange, facilitate, or promote illegal products or services.
  4. Use the Service to obtain medical advice, evade prescription requirements, or facilitate unsafe use of compounds.
  5. Post or request personal dosing, cycle, injection, reconstitution, or treatment instructions intended for human or animal use.
  6. Impersonate any person or entity, misrepresent your affiliation, or create fake accounts.
  7. Manipulate reviews, rankings, vendor scores, votes, clicks, or other platform signals.
  8. Scrape, crawl, harvest, copy, or extract data from the Service except as expressly permitted by us in writing or by a clearly published robots.txt rule that authorizes the specific use.
  9. Reverse engineer, interfere with, overload, attack, disrupt, or compromise the Service or its security.
  10. Upload malware, malicious code, tracking scripts, or harmful content.
  11. Circumvent access controls, rate limits, moderation systems, account restrictions, bans, or technical protections.
  12. Use the Service to harass, threaten, dox, intimidate, or retaliate against users, vendors, employees, contractors, or third parties.
  13. Use AminoCatalog content or data to train artificial intelligence or machine learning models, build competing datasets, or create derivative commercial databases without our prior written permission.
  14. Remove attribution, copyright notices, disclaimers, sponsorship disclosures, or platform warnings.
  15. Encourage or assist anyone else in violating these Terms.

11. Product Listings, Availability, Pricing, and Third-Party Claims

Vendor product listings may include product names, categories, descriptions, pricing, stock status, shipping regions, testing information, certificates of analysis, and related details. These details are provided by vendors or third-party sources and may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or misleading.

AminoCatalog does not guarantee product availability, price accuracy, testing accuracy, legal status, identity, purity, quality, sterility, safety, labeling, shipping ability, or vendor compliance. You are responsible for verifying all relevant details directly with the vendor and qualified professionals.

AminoCatalog may remove or modify product listings at any time, but we are not obligated to monitor all listings or third-party claims.

13. Third-Party Websites and Services

AminoCatalog may link to third-party websites, vendor websites, research publications, payment processors, analytics providers, hosting providers, authentication providers, social platforms, and other services. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party websites or services.

Your use of third-party websites or services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. You access third-party websites at your own risk.

14. Privacy

Our collection, use, and disclosure of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. By using AminoCatalog, you acknowledge that you have reviewed our Privacy Policy.

15. Intellectual Property

AminoCatalog and its content, features, design, software, databases, trademarks, logos, text, graphics, icons, interfaces, and other materials are owned by AminoCatalog or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property and other laws.

Except as expressly allowed by these Terms, you may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, publicly perform, modify, create derivative works from, scrape, sell, license, or exploit any part of the Service without our prior written permission.

You may use AminoCatalog for personal, non-commercial, informational purposes, subject to these Terms. Vendors may use vendor dashboard features only for authorized vendor account management.

16. Feedback

If you submit ideas, suggestions, feature requests, bug reports, or other feedback, you grant AminoCatalog the right to use that feedback without restriction, attribution, or compensation to you.

17. Copyright Complaints

If you believe content on AminoCatalog infringes your copyright, you may send a notice to copyright@aminocatalog.com with:

  1. Your name and contact information.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
  3. Identification of the allegedly infringing material and where it appears on the Service, including a URL or other location that lets us find it.
  4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or law.
  5. A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
  6. Your physical or electronic signature.

We may remove content alleged to be infringing and may terminate repeat infringers where appropriate. We may also forward your notice, including your contact information, to the party that submitted the allegedly infringing content.

19. Enforcement and Termination

We may suspend, restrict, remove, or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms, created risk for AminoCatalog or others, violated the law, manipulated the platform, submitted false information, or used the Service in a harmful way.

We may remove content, vendor listings, reviews, ratings, badges, accounts, and other materials at our discretion. We are not liable for enforcement decisions, moderation decisions, ranking changes, account restrictions, or content removals.

You may stop using the Service at any time. You may request account deletion by contacting us at support@aminocatalog.com or by using any in-product account deletion control we provide. Certain information may be retained as described in our Privacy Policy and as needed for legal, security, fraud prevention, moderation, archival, business, or dispute-resolution purposes.

20. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, AminoCatalog disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, completeness, reliability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, availability, security, and uninterrupted operation.

We do not warrant that:

  1. The Service will be accurate, complete, current, secure, uninterrupted, or error-free.
  2. Vendors are legitimate, compliant, safe, reliable, or trustworthy.
  3. Vendor products are legal, safe, effective, pure, sterile, accurately labeled, approved, or suitable for any purpose.
  4. Reviews, ratings, rankings, badges, or scores are accurate, representative, unbiased, verified, or free from manipulation.
  5. Content on AminoCatalog is appropriate for your jurisdiction, circumstances, research, health, legal obligations, or intended use.
  6. Any errors or defects will be corrected.

You use AminoCatalog at your own risk.

21. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AminoCatalog and its owners, officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, affiliates, licensors, service providers, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, punitive, or enhanced damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, loss of goodwill, business interruption, personal injury, adverse health outcomes, product-related losses, legal penalties, regulatory actions, vendor disputes, purchase losses, or damages arising from third-party conduct.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AminoCatalog’s total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms will not exceed the greater of: (a) the amount you paid to AminoCatalog in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some limitations may not apply to you. In those jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the smallest amount permitted by law.

22. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless AminoCatalog and its owners, officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, affiliates, licensors, service providers, and partners from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, fees, penalties, and demands, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or related to:

  1. Your use of the Service.
  2. Your violation of these Terms.
  3. Your violation of any law or regulation.
  4. Your User Content.
  5. Your interaction with vendors or third parties.
  6. Your purchase, possession, handling, testing, research, storage, import, export, or use of any compound or product.
  7. Your infringement or violation of any rights of another person or entity.
  8. If you are a vendor, your products, listings, claims, lab reports, advertising, labeling, customer communications, fulfillment, disputes, refunds, compliance failures, or business practices.

We reserve the right to control the defense of any matter subject to indemnification, and you agree to cooperate with our defense.

23. Dispute Resolution, Arbitration, and Class Action Waiver

Please read this Section carefully. It affects your legal rights. You have the right to opt out of arbitration within 30 days, as described below.

Informal Resolution First

Before filing a claim, you agree to first contact us at legal@aminocatalog.com and try to resolve the dispute informally. Your notice must describe the dispute, the relief requested, and your contact information. We will attempt to resolve the dispute informally within 60 days after receiving your notice.

Agreement to Arbitrate

If a dispute is not resolved informally, you and AminoCatalog agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service (a “Dispute”) will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules (or its Commercial Arbitration Rules if you are a vendor), available at www.adr.org. The Federal Arbitration Act governs the interpretation and enforcement of this arbitration agreement.

Exceptions. Either party may bring a claim in small claims court if it qualifies, and either party may seek injunctive or equitable relief in court for intellectual property misuse, unauthorized access, scraping, security abuse, or platform manipulation.

Arbitration Procedure

The arbitration will be conducted by a single arbitrator. The seat and venue of arbitration will be Clark County, Nevada, unless applicable law requires otherwise or the parties agree to another location. If the value of your claim is $10,000 or less, the arbitration will be conducted by telephone, video, or written submissions unless you request an in-person hearing. The arbitration will be conducted in English. The arbitrator will have authority to award the same damages and relief that a court could award, except as limited by these Terms.

Class Action Waiver

You and AminoCatalog agree to bring claims only in an individual capacity and not as a plaintiff, class member, or representative in any class, collective, consolidated, private attorney general, or representative proceeding. The arbitrator may not consolidate or coordinate more than one person’s claims and may not preside over any class, collective, consolidated, mass, or representative proceeding unless both parties agree in writing.

If a court decides that this class action waiver is unenforceable as to a particular claim, that claim (and only that claim) must be severed from arbitration and brought in the courts described in Section 24. The rest of this Section remains enforceable.

Mass Arbitration

If 25 or more similar arbitration demands are filed by or with the coordinated assistance of the same or coordinated counsel or entities, the parties agree that AAA will administer them in coordinated batches under any then-current mass arbitration procedures it offers (or, if AAA does not offer such procedures, in coordinated batches of up to 50 demands at a time selected by the parties), to control fees and ensure efficient resolution. This provision does not limit your right to pursue an individual claim.

30-Day Opt-Out

You may opt out of arbitration by sending written notice to legal@aminocatalog.com within 30 days after you first agree to these Terms. Your opt-out notice must include your name, account email if applicable, and a clear statement that you opt out of arbitration. Opting out of arbitration does not affect any other part of these Terms, including the class action waiver.

Severability of This Section

If this arbitration agreement is found unenforceable in whole, disputes will be resolved in the courts described in Section 24, and the class action waiver will continue to apply to the maximum extent permitted by law.

24. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.

Subject to Section 23, you agree that any court proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada, and you consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in those courts.

25. Changes to the Service and Terms

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time.

If we make material changes, we may provide notice by posting the updated Terms, updating the effective date, sending an email, displaying an in-product notice, or using another reasonable method. Your continued use of the Service after updated Terms become effective means you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, stop using the Service.

26. Notice to California Residents

Under California Civil Code section 1789.3, California users are entitled to the following consumer rights notice: If you have a question or complaint regarding the Service, please contact us at support@aminocatalog.com. You may also contact the Complaint Assistance Unit of the Division of Consumer Services of the California Department of Consumer Affairs in writing at 1625 North Market Blvd., Suite N 112, Sacramento, CA 95834, or by telephone at (800) 952-5210.

27. Electronic Communications

By creating an account or using the Service, you consent to receive electronic communications from us, including notices, agreements, disclosures, and transactional messages. You agree that any notices, agreements, disclosures, or other communications that we send to you electronically satisfy any legal communication requirements, including that such communications be in writing.

28. Miscellaneous

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with any policies or additional terms referenced in them (including our Privacy Policy, Vendor Agreement, and Content Policy), are the entire agreement between you and AminoCatalog regarding the Service and supersede any prior agreements on the same subject.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect, and the unenforceable provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable.

No Waiver

Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later. A waiver is only effective if signed in writing by us.

Assignment

You may not assign these Terms without our written permission. We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, or by operation of law.

No Agency

No agency, partnership, joint venture, employment, fiduciary, medical, pharmacy, research, advisory, or professional relationship is created by these Terms or your use of the Service.

Force Majeure

We are not responsible for any failure or delay in performance caused by events outside our reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, civil disorder, labor disputes, government action, public health emergencies, internet or telecommunications failures, denial-of-service attacks, or failures of third-party providers.

Survival

Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including Sections 1 (Disclaimers Intro), 8 (User Content license and obligations), 10 (Prohibited Conduct, to the extent applicable), 15 (Intellectual Property), 16 (Feedback), 20 (Disclaimers), 21 (Limitation of Liability), 22 (Indemnification), 23 (Dispute Resolution), 24 (Governing Law), and this Section 28.

Headings and Interpretation

Section headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation. The words “including,” “for example,” and “such as” are illustrative and not limiting.

Contact for Legal Notices

Legal notices to AminoCatalog should be sent to legal@aminocatalog.com and, if a mailing address is required, to the address listed in Section 29. Notices to you may be sent to the email address associated with your account or, where you have not provided an email, by posting on the Service.
